I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms, especially for families, were great, especially the bathing facilities with the bubble bed. The added bonus of a free data-mobile phone for use around town was very convenient. The service was friendly but there were some struggles with English communication, and the housekeeping could use a bit more experience. The location was phenomenal, right next to the market and within walking distance of all the attractions in Kanazawa, including Kanazawa Castle Park. The dining was nice, but the frequent running out of items and slow top-ups were a downside. The facilities were well-maintained, and the Sicilian pastries were a standout dining option.
